What it looks like

The busywork you'd hand a sharp new hire.

Law firms

Intake, written up

A new inquiry comes in. The agent writes a one-page summary, checks it against your client list and drafts the follow-up for you to approve.

Real estate

Leads from public filings

Every morning it checks new bankruptcy or probate filings, finds the owner's best contact and adds them to your CRM.

Accounting

Document chaser

Each week it reminds clients about missing documents and tells you who's still outstanding.

Insurance and advisors

Renewal watch

Flags renewals and reviews coming up and drafts the check-in email, so nothing slips.

Any office

Inbox sorter

Reads the shared inbox, sorts what matters and drafts replies. Nothing goes out until you say so.

Owners

Monday numbers

A one-page email every Monday with the numbers you care about, pulled from the systems you already use.

Examples of what we build. Every agent is built around how your office already works.

How it works

You talk. We build.
It keeps running.

  1. 01Tell us the job

Fill out the short form or hop on a call. Plain English is fine. No specs, no jargon.

  2. 02We build and connect it

We set up the agent inside the email, calendar, CRM or spreadsheets you already use. Nothing new to learn.

  3. 03You get the hours back

It runs on its own and reports back. If something breaks, we fix it. Need another one? Just ask.

Built by operators

We built these agents for our own companies first, then started building them for others.

You stay in control

Nothing sends or spends on its own unless you set it up that way.

You own it

Agents run in your own accounts. Cancel and you keep everything we built.

Month to month

No contract. Pause or cancel anytime.

Pricing

Questions

The short answers.

Anything else? Ask Drew.

I'm not technical. Is that a problem?

No. That's the point. You tell us the job in plain English and we handle the setup, the connections and the upkeep.

What is an AI agent, exactly?

A small program that does a specific recurring job on its own, like reading new emails, updating a spreadsheet or drafting a follow-up. Think of it as a task you'd give a new assistant, done the same way every time.

What tools do you work with?

Most of what offices already use: Gmail or Outlook, Google Sheets or Excel, calendars, common CRMs, QuickBooks and more. If you're not sure, ask and we'll tell you.

What about my clients' data?

Agents run in your own accounts, with only the access you approve. We never ask for passwords in a form, and you can turn off access at any time. If your firm has rules about client data, we build within them.

Will it send emails to my clients on its own?

Only if you want it to. Most owners start with drafts they approve, then decide later what can run on its own.

What does it cost to run?

The membership or custom price covers our work. Any AI or software usage runs in your own accounts and is billed to you directly, so you see every cost.

What if it's not working out?

Cancel anytime. You keep every agent we built, because it all lives in your accounts.

You don't need to learn AI.
You need someone to set it up.
